1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BrikLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

BrikLog is a mobile application for creating and managing construction daily logs, photo documentation, document tracking, and project finance records. BrikLog is not accounting software and is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

BrikLog offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in BrikLog (projects, entries, photos, documents). We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BrikLog for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the application.

6. Disclaimers

BrikLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet specific legal or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your construction diary meets local legal requirements.

BrikLog is not a substitute for professional construction supervision, legal compliance, or financial accounting services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tappicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BrikLog, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or regulatory non-compliance.

8. Data and Backups

BrikLog stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other causes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BrikLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
